Anti-aging face oil recipe
Essential oils can be a great addition to your beauty routine, but there are other routines to be followed in addition. These include staying hydrated, regularly using sunscreen, avoiding excessive sun exposure and minimizing your exposure to stressful environments. Also following a healthy, balanced diet can encourage graceful aging.

Always do a patch test on a small section of your skin to see how your skin reacts to the chosen oil. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include hives, runny nose, redness and sneezing. If you are pregnant, nursing or have any pre existing medical conditions please consult your doctor before you use any such oils. Always uses a carrier oil, as this will not only make the product last longer but a carrier oil can also reduce the risk of the essential oil irritating your skin. Here is an anti aging recipe formulated by our aromatherapy experts-

DIY Anti-Aging Face Serum
2 tbsp jojoba oil
1 tbsp rosehip oil
1/4 tsp vitamin E
2 drops myrrh essential oil
2 drops patchouli essential oil


Mix the above in a dark 2 ounce glass dropper bottle and roll it between your palms. Use a few drops every morning and at night time to the face and follow up with a good moisturizer,  Enjoy and do give us a feedback about your personal experience.
